The time has arrived to put your plans together for this year’s Western Michigan SPE golf outing! The outing will be at Thornapple Pointe Golf Club and Quail Ridge Golf Club, which have fine amenities and personal service that you would associate with these types of courses. Both courses are located in a beautiful, quiet, country setting, and are true championship golf courses.

We will be using a shotgun start on both courses; Thornapple starting at 9:30 a.m. and Quail Ridge starting at 10:00 a.m. sharp. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. The format will be a scramble. Space is limited, so get your reservations in early! I know that sounds like a sales pitch, but based on recent years, I’m afraid that we’re going to have to disappoint late-comers.

Cost of the event is $120 per person ($480 per foursome). Both courses include lunch and refreshments on the course, 18 holes with cart, dinner and prizes. Diner only will be $40 and will start at 5:00 p.m. at Thornapple Pointe. Putting and driving range will be available for early arrivals. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis with payment. This year, the Section will support the policy of not being able to honor requests for refund after August 31.

As this is the Section’s primary Scholarship/Grant Fundraiser, your consideration toward being a sponsor of this event would be greatly appreciated.
