West Michigan Manufacturing Societies United! is holding this event as a follow-up to their first meeting on the State of Manufacturing from a manufacturer's point of view that generated a lot of buss and left attendees wanting to learn more.

Congressman Ehlers is a strong supporter of manufacturing and he understands that manufacturing is key to our nation's economic vitality.  During his presentation, he will speak to some of the questions that were generated as a result of the last meeting:

* What is going on in Washington, DC to promote manufacturing?

* What are the benefits for small businesses?

* What can we do as small businesses and non-profits in West Michigan if we want to make a difference tomorrow?

* What is the government's project for the next five years?

* What is the best way to communicate efforts for manufacturing?

* What would be best for us in West Michigan?
